Kris is a senior academic leader with more than two decades of experience in higher education, spanning faculty affairs, accreditation, assessment, organizational development, and strategic planning. She has served as Dean of Social Sciences and Public Affairs at the College of Western Idaho, HLC Accreditation Officer at Greenville University, and New Faculty Orientation Director at Northwest Nazarene University.
Her approach is collaborative and direct — working alongside faculty, staff, and institutional leaders to design practical solutions that build lasting capacity. She has led institutions through accreditation re-affirmations, guided the launch of first-of-kind degree programs, and redesigned faculty development and assessment systems that produce meaningful, data-informed improvements.
Wylam Consulting was founded on the belief that higher education institutions deserve pragmatic, relationship-based consulting — without the overhead and distance of a large firm.
